Rewording Prompt Builder
Most rewriting goes wrong in one of two ways: it changes the meaning, or it polishes the life out of it. This section helps avoid both.
Delivery. Data. Done Properly.
What this does
This builder creates a structured prompt for ChatGPT so the rewrite is more controlled. Instead of vaguely asking for “better wording”, you define the job properly: what must stay the same, what should change, and how the result should land.
In plain terms: less drift, less fluff, less accidental nonsense.
How to use it
1. Choose a preset that is roughly in the right postcode.
2. Adjust tone, length, meaning control, and output shape.
3. Paste in the original text.
4. Click Build Prompt.
5. Copy the result into ChatGPT and get a rewrite with fewer surprises.
Preset guide
Exec
For steering updates, one-page summaries, and situations where no one wants the scenic route.
My Voice
Pragmatic, direct, slightly dry, and resistant to brochure-speak.
Collaborative
Useful when you want to keep the point while taking the elbows out of it.
Plain English
Same message, less jargon, more oxygen.
Zero Drift
For wording that needs to stay on the rails.
Direct
Clear, firm, trimmed back, and not in the mood for ornament.
Good habits
Say what must not change. That is usually more useful than simply saying “make it better”.
Pick the output format deliberately. A table, paragraph, or bullets all do different jobs.
Use Zero Drift for formal wording. Helpful creativity is still creativity, which is not always what you need.
